Tip

Coconut flour absorbs a lot of moisture so if you want to use different flour then use only 1/3 cup.

  1. Firstly rinse and pat dry the chicken livers.
  2. Take a medium sized pan and heat the olive oil in it.
  3. Add chopped spinach and green pepper. Saute them over the medium heat.
  4. Now add chicken livers.
  5. Make sure to cook them until it turns light brown.
  6. Now you can remove the pan from the heat and allow cooling.
  7. Take a blender and puree the cooked mixture.
  8. After that, pour it into a medium-sized bowl.
  9. Now add egg, coconut flour, parsley, ground egg shell, cayenne pepper, and dried cranberries. Mix them thoroughly.
  10. You can add more flour if needed. Now form small meatballs. You can use a cookie dough scoop for it.
  11. Now place on lined baking sheet.
  12. Bake at 177 degrees C for 20 minutes until the balls turn browned and crispy.
